Parkside at Memorial is truly a luxury apartment home! From the interior to the exterior, I feel as if I've just purchased a new home. If you are about to renew at your current location, don't! The move is worth the change!
Great management team. Located on the Terry Hershey Trail along Mayde Creek, one often heard birds singing, sees armadillos, rabbits, and other animals. Nice neighbors often engage together in social activities. Secure covered parking, and air-conditioned hallways make it feel more like a hotel. Valet trash pick-up almost daily. Lovely trails for long walks with pets or bike rides. Be sure to check us out on any of the sites below!
We are relocating to Houston and recently visited Parkside as part of our home fiding trip. We visited multiple complexes which all had similar amenities and luxury interiors. Not one compared to Parkside's unique secluded location. We could not believe how quiet and green the surrounding area and park is. The location is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, and the staff was professional. We are excited to call Parkside home.
LOVE Parkside Memorial!! Such a beautiful property and a without a doubt a place to call home. They have some are amazing new floor plans and a ton of wonderful amenities.
