Great place to stay. The apartments have a very high standards and the pool areas are great. The facilities are very clean and up to date. The gym is fabulous. The staff are awesome and always helpful. Special thanks to Jamie Weed, which is always positive, friendly and helpful.
The entire complex is beautiful. My townhouse is absolutely amazing. The location is great and the amenities are top notch. The staff is very helpful and my leasing agent Jami Weed was incredibly helpful and made me feel like a part of the community before I even moved in.
Been living here for a year and they already had 3 times break in to apartment and leasing office. I hope the management or investors of this property would do something to make us feel safe at least having a 24/7 patrol, security or police officer in the area during the day and night. Because its ridiculous to ignore and let it happen all over again just within 3 months without solutions.
Living at Parkside at Memorial has been great. My wife and I first leased an apartment, and most recently a townhouse. Both are truly beautiful. More importantly, we want to acknowledge Jami Weed, Leasing Agent. She always has a can do attitude, is consistently positive, and is just a great person!
Parkside is one of my favorite apartment properties. The staff is always so friendly. Jamie Weed is the best. I always bring my clients to see Jamie. She is full of energy and always accommodating.
I’ve been looking for a place in this area for a while and I found the best place for me and my family. Jami Weed was the best and so so helpful. She has been a huge help though the whole process and now I can call this home. If it wasn’t for her i don’t know if I would’ve pick this place. She made it feel like home so I thank her. Parkside has the best amenities and perfect location.
