The staff at the Animal Emergency are great! They treat you and your pet like family. They call with updates on your pet.
So my dog had an ear infection and I did not have to wait long. The people working there were nice and very caring. They explained everything and my little dog is doing much better today.
Would have been one but the doctor was up front when we actually saw her.
Took very good care of my VERY sick doggie! Thank you for your help!
All three of my dogs have been here. My boy because my girls' father attached him (daddy had to be rehomed) and both my girls were brought when giving birth since I had no doggie doula available. I also brought a puppy who did not survive overnight for final resting. They are profession, competent and kind. They don't accept checks and, given the circumstances under which animals come in under emergency, I think that is reasonable. Animal Emergency & Specialty Center has cared for our pets' emergencies for 15 years, and they always treat us and our pets with the utmost care, concern, and compassion. They provide an excellent level of care, and are wonderful about communicating about our pets' condition, including allowing 24/7 visits when they were admitted. Glad to have them in my community!
Because of your staff and how they cared more about my best friend then my money, I got to bring my baby home. He is doing great and from the very bottom of my heart I thank you!!! A thank you just doesn't even feel right. It doesn't cover what you did for my family, not by a LONG SHOT!!!
