I absolutely love this clinic. My newest baby Stella has come to visit here multiple times in the last 2 weeks, and the staff has been so kind. Every time I walk in the staff is friendly and accommodating. The tech staff is caring and loving, and the vets are bar none! Thank you all for being so wonderful!!
These people are not qualified to be veterinarians. They could not diagnose a simple torn ACL. Almost $200 for an exam and some pain medication and we were told they could not determine where the pain was coming from because our pet was in pain and did not want to be examined. We were told X-rays may or may not help determine and that they would be an additional $300. We followed up with our regular veterinarian who could pinpoint where the pain was in about 3 minutes and then did an X-ray to confirm and rule out any other i... read more
We've unfortunately had two experiences here and both times our big guy as so well cared for and we've come away with a happy healthy fur baby! Couldn't be more grateful.
My black cat Cleo is under their care as I write this. This is her second time there. The first time was during one of our winter storms and they were busy, they allowed her to stay the night due to weather and time frame. This time has been more serious of a stay. All the staff that have worked with her have been amazing, they care about her and are compassionate. They take the time to update me along with listen to what I observe with her when I visit. Given the circumstances of our sick cat, the staff was accommodating, kind and caring. We were seen immediately and while the visit was extremely expensive and resulted in a difficult decision, Dr. Grochowsky was very informative and caring. He put us at ease and helped us through the difficult time of euthanasia for our cat.
