If you're not going to take responsibility for your blatant mistake, at very least refund the $2,600 you fraudently charged a client who came to you in good faith.
Had a friend bring in a cat they total mishandled the diagnosis of this cat and charged her $2600 for a procedure that was not necessary. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Knocked out impressed with the staff here! Cocoa, my shih tzu, went into heart failure and the team rallied and committed to saving her! Cocoa is home and getting better and better everyday and they have called multiple times to check on her! Shout out to Dr Carrie, Dr Dalby and Patrick for the extra love and compassion!
We have used Animal Emergency & Specialty Center more times than we would like to admit, between our cats and dogs. AESC has never let us done. Great staff all around! This is certainly one of the best veterinary specialty centers in Colorado. Highly recommend them! Plus they have several specialists available, which is convenient.
The best i have ever been to. They are so caring. I will recommend them to everyone. I will drive from anywhere to bring my fur babies to see them.
I too am a veterinarian, very thankful to the doctors and wonderful staff of AEUC for taking such good care of my own dog who was bitten by a rattlesnake last weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
