I had to rush my cat there for emergency treatment. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Dr. Les Shatkin and the whole staff there. I lost my cat that day but the AESC team took such great care of her and did everything humanly possible. My cat was in great hands and they were so compassionate the whole time. Even though I was a sobbing mess they treated me with huge respect. Highly recommend this place!
Dr. Probst and abby from Neurology have been our most amazing allies in caring for our Epileptic pup! They know us well and always go above and beyond with their communication, care, and understanding. We trust them and know they are always putting our pup's best interest first when it comes to his care. So very grateful for them!
Seriously, I hate this place. We’ve been dealing with a really sick dog this week, and we’ve spent thousands of dollars here after having her transferred from Evans East (by the way, Evans East is so wonderful!)... these people in Parker ran test after test after test and couldn’t figure it out. Dr. Joel and his team saved my little girl Leelu very early this am. We had a puppy stuck in the birth canal and at first we were looking at a loss of the pup and a possible c-section to save the others. Dr. Joel did everything in his power and saved the poor baby that was stuck- my girl even finished delivery in exam room 1. Thank you so so so much for saving our family! For being incredibly awesome and so understanding of our needs and preferences.
I unfortunately had to put my cat down a few nights ago, but the veterinarian and all the staff here were super caring and compassionate! I would absolutely recommend this place!
My chihuahua, Ellen, was taken to the hospital on Christmas 2018 and diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. We were greeted with a caring and friendly smile as well as treated very well during her 2 day stay. I was provided regular updates and was even allowed to visit her while she was in oxygen treatment. We owe Ellen's little life to the AESC. Thank you!
