Amazing specialty doctors all willing to work together to help my pets heal and hopefully have a normal life for the rest of their senior years.
Business response:
Thank you Tamera!
Violations of the Colorado State Board Ethics and Code of Conduct. Section 1.18 Paragraph A. They used to be kind and caring. Now, I guess since they got enough money to expand their facilities, certain people don't feel the need for compassion or communication anymore.
I can’t thank the staff enough! July 3rd, we brought home our 8 week golden retriever puppy, Brody. About 45 minutes after getting home we noticed his gums and tongue were white, he had no energy and had no interest in anything to eat or drink. Do not EVER take your animals to Parker Animal Emergency and Specialty Center in Parker, CO. They perform unnecessary treatments, and are OUTRAGEOUS with their fees. I’ve also been contacted by their office manager who’s attempting to bill me for more money 2 weeks AFTER my dog was seen, and not informed me of the extra charges before they discharged my dog back into my care that night. But I’d be remiss to not address the flip side. Whoever answers the main line is about as rude as one can be. Rude, interrupts, cold, and just nasty. Poor bedside manners, so to speak. Just like we want care and compassion when we c... read more
The people here are GREAT! They are so kind and gentle with our fur babies. If you need a place to take your pet in an emergency, you can trust that they will take care of them.
Business response:
Thank you so much, Dan!
The profesional care and service is exceptional. They answered all my questions and always walk the extra mile taking care of our baby dog. I recommend this center to all our friends.
Business response:
Thank you so much Mabell!
they gave me an estimate before giving my girl a thorough exam, then they wanted the $1200. of the estimate to be paid first before continuing seeing her..the staff had no idea what's going on, lack of communication. a mess, Terrible place.
