From the moment we contacted this apartment for inquiry, Samara has been amazing and has gone above and beyond her required duty to make sure we feel this place is where we belong. We drove from Maine and weren’t sure when we’d arrive to get our keys. She met us in the evening on a day the office is closed to get us settled in. We love how everyone here is friendly and welcoming. The unit and facilities are also very nice.
Great place for our graduate student to live. It’s safe and well maintained. Maintenance is timely and efficient for any issues. The managers are helpful, friendly and go above expectations. The apartment is nice with many amenities and is close to the college and area hospitals.
My wife and I have lived here for a year now and it has been a great experience. We love the location having the park and other amenities within walking distant, the facility is clean and kept up well (though not without some facilities issues like elevator being down or the garage door not working properly. Small issues IMO), and the price (for all the amenities and location) is affordable. But one consistency through our time here is how amazing the maintenance team is. Unfortunately, as a recently moved out tenant of four years (2021-2025), I can no longer recommend this property due to a poor move-out and management experience. Management is requesting we pay several hundred dollars toward a carpet replacement, even though the carpet showed only normal wear and tear of four years (no burns, abnormal stains, or unusual damage).
