I am just disappointed on how the process was handled. You make me an appointment ( 9:00) then (between 9:&12:00) and no one shows up. My sister in Christ had to wait until 1:00 the office opens back up. They had no idea that they had not come and you didn't check with me to see if they came. I genuinely appreciate their dedication to creating a comfortable and safe living environment in our apartment. Thanks to their efforts, I no longer have to worry about maintenance work?they've truly exceeded expectations!
I couldn't have found a more Perfect place to reside! The staff is Awesome, Mainteance Team is very responsive and professional. The entire Teram at Parkside is Fantastic. The apartment was clean and functional when I moved in and is perfect for my Kitties and myself. The location is excellent. In addition, every tenant I have met has been welcoming and helpful. Truely a Great Place and Perfect Location!
You're right at the park and the heart of downtown. The entire staff is very kind and there are great amenities.
