I just want to take a minute to give JEN BRADLEY a shout out!!! She was the absolute best! My son moved to Nashville a couple of weeks ago, and Jen went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for him. When I wasn’t able to be there, she treated him like her own. It could not have been a more perfect experience! She and her husband Troy will forever be a friend and a valuable asset to us in 5e Nashville area!! Have worked with Parks in the past on more than one occasion and very pleased. After having worked with Travis Swanson, unfortunately the opposite experience. He is good at promising things, but once the ink dries, good luck getting him to followup or even care about maintenance requests or any issues for that matter. After an agreement for a 12 month lease at an agreed rate, he changed it to 9 months. After agreeing to break the lease and forfeit the deposit, he then comes back a month later asking for the last months rent ... read more
