I love Dr. Parks. He always takes my concerns about my children serious. It's easy to make an appt for sick kids. They almost always fit the kids in on the same day if I call for a sick visit. The ladies in the office are amazing and have the patience of angels. If you want your kids to be taken care of and want a Dr who listens to you get set up at parks pediatrics.
Recently switched here due to issues with our previous pediatrician office. I was in the building for less than 10 minutes and my entire family got the flu 2 days later. Wasn’t clean, smelled like coffee and paint, receptionist was just awful and had an attitude. I didn’t even make an appointment I cancelled the paperwork and waiting until march to be seen by another office. Don’t waste your time I’m convinced the positive reviews are family members or friends
We had bad experience with first pediatrician doctor recommended from the hospital and I was so worried that every doctor was like that one. But since I switched to Dr. Park he has been so nice and helping my son a lot. Thank you, Dr. Park!
Horrible receptionist. I ask if they’re accepting new tenncare patients. she asks “which one” confused by this I said I’m sorry? She again said WHICH ONE WHICH TENNCARE?! I said I’m not sure what you mean, it’s my daughters. & she then says WELL WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME & hangs up. 0/5 stars
