Tried to set up an appointment for my soon to be newborn and first question was “what insurance do have?” And second question was, “ do you planned to get them vaccinated? I said, yes but I’d prefer to not have them clustered.” The so called supervisor said word for word, “well as long as you get them vaccinated! Dr. Park is the Best, Professional Dr. for any child. He makes sure every child feels comfortable and receives the best up to date medical care. My children, grandchildren, neices and nephews have been with Dr. Park and Sherry his nurse for 36 years. He was recommended by UT Hospital when my daughter was born. I love Dr. Parks. He always takes my concerns about my children serious. It's easy to make an appt for sick kids. They almost always fit the kids in on the same day if I call for a sick visit. The ladies in the office are amazing and have the patience of angels. If you want your kids to be taken care of and want a Dr who listens to you get set up at parks pediatrics.
Recently switched here due to issues with our previous pediatrician office. I was in the building for less than 10 minutes and my entire family got the flu 2 days later. Wasn’t clean, smelled like coffee and paint, receptionist was just awful and had an attitude. I didn’t even make an appointment I cancelled the paperwork and waiting until march to be seen by another office. Don’t waste your time I’m convinced the positive reviews are family members or friends
We had bad experience with first pediatrician doctor recommended from the hospital and I was so worried that every doctor was like that one. But since I switched to Dr. Park he has been so nice and helping my son a lot. Thank you, Dr. Park!
