My FAMILY HAVE BEEN PATRONIZING PARK'S BBQ SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN USING BUTCHER WRAPPING PAPER, I HAVE HA SOME BAD RBS, HAD SOME OF THE BEST TASTING RIBS, BT YESTERDAY WAS THE WORST.!!THEY WERE NOT FRESH, THEY WERE DET AMD HARD WHERE THEY HAVE BE WARMED OVER.. I PURCHASED A SLAB, I DID CALL, I WAS TOLD TO BRING THEM BACK. THEY ARE IN MY FRIDGE NOW. WHEN EVER I COME BACK TO DETROIT, THEY WLL HAVE THEM!! AND FROM NOW ON, I WILL HAVE THEM SHOW M MY RIB .!!
Parks Bar-B-Que not only has excellent food;...but the service is courteous, quick,...and efficient. I recommend this fine restaurant/take out business to anyone enjoying great soul food !
We drive across town at least 4 times or more to get the BBQ LOVE It.
It's just sum of the best bbq in michigan..have loved it for years
