I have been disappointed in the sales team and the service dept at Parks. When I was looking to purchase my Buick Regal the sales team was unwilling to look for the color, so I purchased my car out of state when I found the color I wanted. Then I brought my car in for service to have them damage my car and are unwilling to take responsibility. Very poor customer service all the way around.
