I am thankful I found Bill Parks to help me through my divorce. He was responsive, provided incredible advice along the way, and guided me through the process in a professional manner. At every stage of the process, I felt that he was truly working to get the process resolved versus tagging the clock for additional fees along the way, which was my biggest fear in finding an attorney. He is level headed and extremely knowledgeable about the process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.
Mr. Parks went above and beyond to help me with a decade old case that just wouldn't go away. He knows the system inside and out and he was able to navigate it to my advantage as it would be very very difficult for me to get resolution as fast as he did (in a matter of days, during pandemic). He was very professional and kept me well informed which resulted in easy interactions and transactions (I wouldn't take this for granted). I'd highly recommend him.
If you are shopping for a divorce attorney, you have my sincere sympathies. Its an awful process and was certainly one of the lowest points in my life. When looking for and attorney I was told to meet at least a few and find the right fit. I did that but after meeting the first two, I was disgusted. All I got was "we will go after them for this and that..." it was a process that seemed to be designed for them to make as much money as possible.
