Parks handles everything during an awful time. Katelyn was so knowledgeable and eager to assist. Melissa is a rockstar and has the upmost compassion and empathy for the families she encounters. They will be strong in helping direct you but will also be gentle and sympathetic. Everyone helps each other and they are a great team. We were blessed by these ladies and would definitely recommend. Melissa and her team were OUTSTANDING in helping arrange and prepare for my Grandfathers service. They walked us through everything. Took the burden off of us during are time of mourning. They think of everything you don't even know to ask.
