Had my car serviced at Vestal last week. Had to bring it back this week and Willie (service technician) was awesome! They went above and beyond. Truly appreciate their stellar customer service.
The service department was extremely kind to my Honda CRV. I bought new tires at Vestal Express Lube and the price was really good. They sent me to get the front aligned after installing my tires. They found I had bad struts and after getting them replaced by my husband I went back to get the alignment. While doing that they found he had not tightened the tie rods enough so they fixed that for me too. "Jeff" and Mr. Gilchrest both were so kind and treated my Honda as if it were a GMC car too.
