Yesterday I decided to give Vestal's service department a try. When me and my 9 year old walked in we watched another shop owner that Vestal deals with get in a customer's face and proceed to cuss the customer out over the customer's vehicle. This is not good business for anyone and because of the foul language the other shop owner was using I took my child and left. Chaz did an amazing job! He was very understand and willing to work with me on every aspect of trading in my old car and buying my (new to me) car. I will be recommending Vestal to anyone who might be needing a new vehicle. The staff is very friendly and inviting as well.
HUGE shout-out to Chaz! He helped me trade my truck for a car yesterday and ended up getting lower payments! The lady at the front desk even gave my 9 month old son a stuffed carfox!
