I have been getting my oil changed on all our vehicles there for a number of years now. The last several trips there I have noticed a big change in service When. I was there couple of weeks ago for an inspection & oil change it turned out to be a major project. They got through the cars ahead of me fairly quickly, I thought no problem. Bought a used Avalanche from Vestal, nothing but PROBLEMS. Airbags not working, service department scratched the driver's door, had to ask SEVERAL times for an owner's manual, paint is chipping in multiple areas. VERY disappointed with Vestal.
Always great service from the service department. Bought a 2014 Verano from Lee Yokely recently and he is a very nice man. Will refer family and friends to him for a new/used car.
