Absolutely love this place, the professionalism and speed of care. No 7hr lobby waits. Staff is very knowledgeable and facility has all the testing equipment in-house.
I have been to the ER a handful of times but have never felt as comfortable as I did at Parkridge North! Everybody was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and they got me in so quick! If I ever have to go back to the ER, I would prefer to go to this location over any other.
The staff was amazing! I was rushed in after being stung and having a severe Allergic reaction. This was by far the best ER experience.
I was in Parkridge ICU for a few days in July 2026. I couldn’t have been more ‘taken care of’ in any way. These amazing people didn’t just ‘take care of my body’ in a professional and physical way- I felt true compassion and care for ME coming from each of them personally. And not just one or a couple of them… but everyone in the entire unit that entered my room.
