I have been to this facility twice and both times I was treated fast ! The nurses and doctors are all top knotch!! Five stars all the way!
Came in on the 14th around 4 with abdominal pain and 2 weeks postpartum I was only in the waiting room maybe 4 min before they took me back. A nurse and Dr were both in the room as soon as I got in there he asked me a few questions and then got a CT scan gave me some meds to see if it would help got blood work and started an IV after like an hour and a half they let me know I had appendicitis and they told me I would be transferred and I was transferred by 8:30pm. Everyone was very nice and it was a very quick ER visit.

I had a heart attack just before midnight on October 3, 2025. Went to Parkridge North ER. Those folks are absolutely amazing. They tested, verified and prepped me for a heart cath within 45 minutes of arrival. Had to wait about 20 minutes for am ambulance ride to Parkridge Main. North had already made the arrangements with Main and I had a room waiting and was in the cath lab within the next hour. Truly a great hospital with truly great folks who care about their patients welfare.
