Terrible terrible terrible cannot accurately describe what a headache this place is. Was informed yesterday for my appt today that it would be best to make an appt rather then walk in. We did at 1pm...arrive only to find 0 parking and the lobby is loaded down with patients waiting...check in was a mess as well...the receptionist acted as if we inconvenienced her day by even showing up. When i went to provide insurance card i clearly stated im not sure which one is the newest...i was told by receptionist youll have to figure ... read more
If you go here you will have a ridiculous wait. Customer service is under par. Nobody likes going to the doctor. This place just sucks.
