I’m having a wonderful experience already at the ParkLine apartment, process of leasing went very smoothly, Stephanie is very professional and helpful, she is the best in what she does. Highly recommended.

This apartment complex is a total disaster. Trash everywhere - and the valet is a total nightmare. It takes almost 2 hours to get your car because no one is working. (To park in building it’s mandatory valet) Avoid the nightmare
Update March 8, 2026: The valet has gotten even worse than I ever thought possible. My car wasn’t checked in all week so I was unable to use the app at any point. On Monday I went down an hour before I had to leave, they couldn’t produce my car in that hour, and I had to miss an 11am appointment and incur a late cancellation fee. Wednesday when I returned home around 5pm, cars were wrapped around the block. I had to sit in my car for nearly an hour bc I couldn’t abandon it in the middle of the street.
