I am pleased with the move-in process at Parkline. All went relatively smoothly with the help of Sophia from the leasing department. She expedited my application and made sure my apartment was ready for me to move into without any issues. She also has a great smile and smells terrific.

After only 2 months, my car has chipped paint, scratched glass, 15+ small scratches, after using the valet service for less than 2 months. I have shown them video proof of my car before and after dropping it to Valet. If this continues, it will be $4,000+ out of pocket to repair my car, an additional several hundred for the rear tail light. I have spoken with many other residents who also noticed small scratches and have moved their car to a different garage. Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced. On July 12, 2025, I was injured by a broken umbrella pole at the pool in ParkLine Miami. It pierced the area near my kidney and tore a mole, which started bleeding. I am a kidney cancer survivor, so this is extremely serious. I immediately provided medical documentation, photographs, and multiple emails to management. On August 1, a representative (Tyron Fuller) promised to follow up by August 5. He never did. When I was at the point of almost giving up, the leasing office staff truly stepped in and showed me what it means to go above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, each person I encountered not only listened to my concerns but worked tirelessly to find solutions, never once making me feel like I was alone in the process.
