I have been to a chiropractor before, I thought he was nice but just wasn’t right for me and I wasn’t “sold” on chiropractics being helpful after seeing him. Fast forward a couple of years, all of my joints hurt, my back hurts, my neck hurts, I’m so tense I just hurt all the time. Dr. Shepherd is amazing! I have been going to him for over 10 years. When I started I couldn't turn my neck, and the next step was going to be injections. He totally fixed my neck and continues to help me with my back pain because of my scoliosis. He's amazing and I highly suggest anyone that is in need of a highly skilled and compassionate Chiropractor, to see him.
The Dr is AMAZING! My pain has been greatly reduced in a handful of visits! Here is what I was not expecting... I had the gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago and lost about 115 pounds. a year and a half ago I started gaining weight again and could not feel the restriction as I previously had. After my first adjustment the restriction came back in full force and I am starting to lose weight again!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I moved to this area right before Covid-19 restrictions and I just hadn’t had a chance to find a new chiropractor... However, my lower back soon decided I’d better make the time! Mainly for spine degeneration, scholiosis, chronic migraines.
