This is a horrible company! I tried to get more information on an apartment and whoever was behind the screen was not giving me any information until I gave my income, pets, where I work and what I do. I have called multiple leasing offices and couldn’t remember which ones I called. She got very defensive and wouldn’t help me and accused me of “spamming her” and is forwarding our conversation to her attorney for “scamming” it doesn’t make sense. Terrible experience trying to inquire about apartment availability. Leasing manager won’t answer the phone and is text only. She is also super dismissive, disrespectful, and seems like she does not want you to rent there. No wonder they have openings, nobody wants to rent here. But even if you did make it past that, I would not trust the complex because it’s evident from all the other reviews that something is wrong and they don’t give a heck. Do not recommend

i contacted Anne to rent out a 1BD. i asked to reschedule and decided to look at the google reviews as she seemed very combative. i expressed my discontinued interested and she began to blow up my phone. i called the number and she began screaming at me and told me i wasn’t an attorney and i was posing as one. lmao.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I contacted inquiring about a unit and the leasing agent via phone and text need to fired due to lack of proper communication skills and customer service. The agent became combative when I mentioned my animals referenced in the message earlier in the conversation was ESA. I called the leasing office and received the same unprofessional response. Just like most of these reviews I also had an awful experience with the Leasing Manager. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, from not showing up to a tour she scheduled, to yelling at me telling me it was my fault and calling me names, to threatening to call the cops. Rude is an understatement. She lacks customer service and is downright unkind. I will tell anyone and everyone to never rent from this property if this woman continues to be the manager. She is a waste.
