Wanted to rent a studio and the person who contacted me was absolutely terrible and should not be in customer service.
This is how they talk to you when attempting to lease an apartment. How this individual has a job dealing with the public is amazing. Listing says available soon. And the respectful thing would be to say they can notify me if anything opens up. Even if they do not mean it. Don't bother dealing with this unprofessional and disrespectful organization.
This place is quite but the building is not very well maintained. They want to charge you for doing basic maintenance in your apartment
