They are so helpful and ready to explain how to use the the hearing aids.
I wish all healthcare professionals were as good, kind, and patient as Joshua Parker. Brought my 88 year old mom there twice, and both times he took his time explaining why it was so important for her memory to use hearing aids. He's funny and truly cares. Plus the staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. out of 5 stars I'm giving 10!
