Nice folks. Very human and professional.
The appointment process was quite easy. When we arrived for my son’s appointment, the staff was super friendly and we had a very short wait. Dr Gray was professional, helpful and very clear in helping us understand the various tests and procedures. She was clear and informative with the results and answered questions succinctly and clearly. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Parker Hearing Institute.
