I am very grateful that I discovered Parker hearing institute. All of the audiologists and office staff are wonderful listeners the audiologists are very skilled and professional and compassionate. I feel very comfortable because they explain things well. And they give you all the time that you need. I feel blessed.
My father’s hearing aids were less than six months old and unfortunately they were damaged beyond repair by accident. Parker hearing reminded me of the warranty coverage we had and they were able to help facilitate the replacement paperwork. Just weeks later, my father has brand new hearing aids.
