Susan Lynch NP has been my provider for 8 years. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She takes my healthcare very seriously and is very thorough. She doesn’t rush and takes her time answering every question I have making every experience a pleasant interaction. I can send messages through the patient portal and she responds within a few hours. The staff is always professional and kind in the office and by phone. I recommend to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

I got in and out of there pretty fast for my introductory appointment. Seems far better than Erlanger.

Used to be good when they had Chris.Now you need an act of Congress to get a call back,No test results.Once took three days for them to call in my Blood Pressure Medicine.I was out and fortunately the pharmacist was willing to give me a few to tide over And don't expect referrals to be in timely I've been waiting 4 months for one

Doctor "P" will not see my elderly parents when they are sick. I'm not talking about sick with CVD, just sick in general. My parents have been with this doctor for over 20 years and now she insists on only doing telehealth appointments if they're sick. My mother had to go to an urgent care clinic that she's never been to and wait 3 hours in the parking lot just so someone could feel her lymph nodes, check her sinuses and look at her throat.
