I really like living here. Office people are very nice. Great location. Loving the pool and hot tub.
Lived here for the past year and had a fantastic experience. The staff and management were nothing but excellent. The grounds and amenities are always clean, neat and operating correctly. I highly recommend this complex if you're looking in the Bradenton area.
We are moving from NJ and had the best experience with Bri.. We will be moving in next weekend and I can't wait to be a part of this beautiful community! Look forward to meeting new neighbors and getting to know the area!
This is the only apartment complex that meet all of our needs and our pets (2 cats and 1 large dog). The park like setting makes it wonderful for walks, and the dog area is great for off leash fun. Very convenient with dog waste stations all around the complex. If you have pets this is the place to be.
Last night after 9 pm I had an air conditioner problem. I called maintenance and in 1 minute William called me back. In 5 min he was at my apt. Within 25 minutes the problem was corrected and I had cold air again. This is awesome that this was done after 9 pm on a Sunday night. I have lived at park crest just 2 weeks but know I am going to love it. Thanks again William for your speedy response.
Very nice place to live and has a lot of thing to do there for kids and family's to do.
Where to begin? Our eyes BURN after taking a shower. Residents get dogs after living here for a while and skip the whole $300.00+ pet fee. The brand new grills don't work at the new pool..actually you'll have a good day if that pool area is clean and has toilet paper. Bottom floors do not have a fenced porch as shown in photos on here and web-site. Also having a porch is useless as there are SO MANY mosquitoes. I love that it borders on such a beautiful park! So many wonderful places to walk your dog.
