Absolute scam and it's a shame.
Been here for 16 months. I have a two bedroom that I share with my 8 year old son. I get one parking spot and have to pay $100 to park my trailer that I use to transport my sons dirt bike and quad so he can ride as it is his passion. I know MULTIPLE couples that live in a one bedroom that are allowed THREE spots without paying. They each have a car and one has a work vehicle. It’s total BS!! We’ve been here two years with no issues. Our Air conditioning has been out TWO WEEKS. In August. In Florida. And now the maintenance emergency contact won’t even return our phone calls!!! Absolutely unacceptable.
We recently moved to Park Crest Landings and would like to thank & compliment leasing agent, Lauren Pfingston who worked diligently on our behalf in our recent search for an apartment here in Bradenton. Lauren’s help, kindness & knowledge was far superior than other complexes we visited & she was our deciding factor to move here. Lauren is the “best” agent we met & appreciate all her help.
