I need my daughter to stay at the same school she is in, BD gullet. When I was looking for a place to move I asked the lady if gullet was the school and she said yes. I filled out an application and told the school the change of address. The school told me that address does not go to gullet. I went back to the apartment and told them what the school said. She said ,”ooh idk that’s what apartments.com says”. So you don’t know the school? You are not the ones to update what is online? I asked for a refund and they told me no. ... read more

The apartment and amenities are great! I always felt safe living here. The maintenance staff are super nice and fix any reported issues right away. I have no complaints in that aspect and have enjoyed my stay in those areas. The one big constant problem was the staff in the leasing office. From day one they try to scheme from referral rewards to promised application fee waiver for LECOM students and far worse to quite right denying taking security deposit from you. I moved into Parkcrest landings in November of last year… The apartments are very cute on the, outside and offered many amenities that appealed to me for my toddler. About a month after moving in, I started to notice that we had small roaches everywhere. They would crawl all over the counters in the kitchen and were even coming out of the electric outlets.
