I love my home here at Park120! My sister and I decided to extend our lease for another year because we love it so much. The staff is so friendly and the apartments are very well kept inside and out. Whenever we put in a maintenance request it is attended to within that day or the next. Highly recommend!
My husband and I moved into Park120 Oak Hills in 2016 when it was first built and absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful and located in a great part of Omaha! It is easy to get to a lot of places quickly because of the convenient location. The staff was so friendly and great to work with especially Jessica. The maintenance crew was so efficient whenever we needed them. They have an amazing pool, workout center and a dog park! They are always having parties for residents to attend. Park 120 are the best apartments I have lived in so far. My favorite part about it is how safe I feel. The location is perfect, I can get anywhere in Omaha in 15 minutes or under. Also, the staff is fantastic and definitely goes above and beyond as well as the tenants. They have events that they will put on for the tenants and a lot of people go. It’s always a fun time and a great way to meet people. I highly recommend these apartments !!!!
