Love living here! Kristin is awesome and security living is great! Amenities are a big plus!

Don't come here. It's really nice and Kristen is amazing. The apartments are great. Probably the best in Omaha for the price. But I don't want it to be too crowded at the awesome pool, so don't come and check it out. You'll wind up moving in 😉
This was the best decision we have had to make in a long time .Yes there were delays but in the end we cannot be more happy Kristen and Kelly have put up with all my calls and concerns . Yes i am a pain because i like things done right . Cant wait for summer to enjoy all the outside amenities. My wife and i are very happy so far
Pretty terrible communication. Had to wait a month to move in because they had to "finish the storm shelter." We still don't know where it is. Didn't have mail service for 2 months. Told us the clubhouse was nearly done back in June. Just heard that it won't be finished until Winter or even Spring. From talking with other residents, it seems these problems weren't exclusive and have been consistently happening to them as well.
