RecommendedIn looking for an apt, security and cleanliness were the top two things I was looking for. Park120 was just that plus the beautiful amenities available to the residents. The dog park is like no other apt I have ever seen. The pool had a pump issue but when they replaced it, the pool was just beautiful. Also the grounds workers were very good and very helpful on any situation. It’s a very nice and secure place. I would rent here again. (I moved to buy a house). Thanks Park120!

We have lived at Park120 for three years and have had a tremendous experience! The amenities are wonderful, we especially love the gym, recreation room, food truck Saturday and the dog park. The maintenance crew is efficient and quick and Jessica in the front office is extremely pleasant to work with. They also offer many events with activities and free food which is a great way to meet your neighbors. I would highly recommend living at Park120, we will miss living here!

I lived in Park 120 for 2 years. I would have to say, my move in went particularly well, thanks to Jess in the office. I found some issues and they were dealt with immediately. I enjoyed all of the community events and even scored a gift card at the Christmas party. All maintenance requests were dealt with expeditiously and to my satisfaction. If I had to make a complaint, I would have to say the neighbor I had was fairly loud before I moved out and the walls were kind of thin (not any worse than the other 2 apartments I've ... read more
We lived at Park120 for two years and had a great experience! Our dog absolutely loved the dog park and having all the other pups around. We enjoyed having the gym available and the pool is a great time during the summer. Whenever we had an issue they would resolve it in a timely manner. Upon move out we had some issues with our final bill but they worked with us to make it right.
Park120 Oak hills is a fine place to live me and my wife have an 8 year old and he has already made friends. everyone is exceptionally nice and the staff is from a another planet. they are incredible though the last 5 months any problem we've had it's been taken care of immediately and they always have new things going on fun things that the whole community can get in them Park 120 is great place to live check them out even if it's just for a vist
I absolutely love living here at Park120! It’s safe and clean, I love my neighbors and the Park120 team! They even go out of their way for special events for residents. Highly recommend!
