"My appointment was at 3:00 PM. I arrived 30 minutes early and waited until 3:20 - the doctor never showed up. This isn't just a delay, it's complete disregard for people's time. Clearly, appointments are just written on paper with no intention of honoring them. If your time is valuable, so is ours. Patients are not here to help you save time by being kept waiting between each client."
It is not a Walking Clinic. I do not why google refer it like that. They do not accept more people out from their regular costumers.
I have been a patient at this clinic for 29 years I have never had any problems in fact I’ve always thought everyone in the clinic to be the nicest. That ended today Nov 4 at 12:25. The secretary was the nastiest person I’ve ever spoken to. When I couldn’t make a phone appointment because I haven’t been in clinic for a year I said “since I’m being forced to come in” She lost it. Dr. Gerges I was the longest patient you had I praised you. You turned ugly on me surmising a circumstance I would ever do. I really thought you’d knew I having an issue and you never asked me what the issue was. Your staff and your self made fun of me. You never even tried to help. You made yourself just a hinderance. Walls I have to break down moving on from your practise. I Need to move on. You changed. Some Doctor to leave a patient depressed having no hope.
