Horrible new management This apartment complex has been going into shambles since the new management took over. You may notice the details of the apartment on this website, as well as in the contract, which states that three-bedroom apartments are entitled to 2 parking spots. It's a big lie. They give you a parking spot you can only use from 6 pm till 9 am and on weekends. If you are a household with two cars and work late or come back home early, you are still expected to remove your car from 9 am till 6 pm even if it sits ... read more
Junkies and no security There are a lot of residents, mostly young adult and teens, who decide to do drugs in the laundry buildings. Because of this, most of the laundry places close early, it doesn’t matter if you have clothes drying or washing, if you leave clothes in there you’ll have to wait until the next day, and if you forget, then it’s gone forever. today laundry matt i saw kids throwing around a pocket knife at eachother. im staying away keeping to myself. hoping they decide not to throw it at me. this is why we need security at Park Villas Apartments, National City, CA. 817 Eta Street. Getting more and more unsafe to live.

Its okay i used to live there for 11 years & my apt was Hunted we always hear noisy steps on the roof and on the living room doors closing by them self � veryday around the metnight hope those people that live in our old apt are doing okay�

I'm Happy here but Parking sucksssssss!!!!U can't really have visitors cause the have to park far away its a pain in the ass!!!
