Do NOT rent from this building. I lived here in 2019 with my girlfriend and we had a severe cockroach problem. We reported it to management, and while they did send exterminators, the issue was never resolved. The cockroaches kept coming back and the unit became completely unliveable. Because of this, we spoke to management and agreed to terminate our lease one month early due to the unliveable conditions. WARNING! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SIGNING A LEASE HERE! If I could give **0 stars**, I absolutely would. This place has been a nightmare. Water shuts off 3–4 times a month, usually from 9 AM to 5 PM, without proper notice. It’s completely unacceptable. Rodent problems are out of control. Mice and droppings are a regular sight. The garbage room has been closed for over a month, and the smell is unbearable. It's unsanitary and completely neglected. There are countless other small issues that go unaddressed by management.
