One of the worse places to rent in Halifax. Building is not clean, mice in the apartment, noisy, over price (200ft room for 1300 cad) and finally the manager does not take any requests seriously.
Enters the apartment without permission or notification. Breaks the wall, breaks the pipe & then expects us to raise a ticket to fix it??? When asked when they will come to fix what was broken, they asks us like did we raise a ticket? Make it make sense. Shouldn’t management be aware of what work they have scheduled (without ticket) and get it completed (without ticket) when it was them all time?
Awful. Overpriced, constant waterline shutdowns, grimy, always packed in the lobby. Holes in walls that cause consistent mice AND roach problems (on the 18th FLOOR), the building does nothing and pest control can’t. Parking is an extra 120$+ a month, good luck finding anywhere else to park. You’ll be pressured into buying other stuff. The only nice thing was the balcony, and thats being nice to the chipped paint.
