This location is great! All the staff were soo nice and helpful telling us where to go on excursions! The rooms are cleaned to the T. I smell bleach in the bathrooms everyday , so you know they’re doing a great job. Concierge service is excellent Located across from the beach and next to the zoo , its a perfect location to walk where you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, perfect location on the main street. Across the street from beach access, across street from the Zoo, lots of shops and eateries close. Room was clean, modern and service was great. Walking distance from downtown too.

The 'fire alarm' goes off every time it rains, and it goes off every 30 minutes, and there is absolutely no recourse for this, and it is a known issue. Only stay at this hotel if you enjoy paying to be torturously reawakened on your vacation.
Was a great place. Staff were more than helpful. Great location. Pool is a life saver. Rooms are a little tired but clean and tidy. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks Park Shore for making our stay great. Aloha 🌴🌴🌴🌸🌸🌸🌺🌺🌺🍸🍸🌴🌴🌴
