Garbage service. Charged me $621 for rooms I can't use because of the coronavirus. Will not budge policy in time of national crisis. Will never stay here.

Fab location, just a short walk from beach (60yds) and short walk to int market place and various other places. Fab views of the ocean and the crater. Fab staff, all friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

We were presented with bottled cold water on arrival at the check in counter by Michelle, and then the experience got even better. She was helpful and genuinely excited for our anniversary holiday. We have a beautiful room, and then received a lovely bottle of champagne and some chocolates to help us celebrate.
