I came back to the hotel at night after work, wanted to fill up water then go back to my room and then I have the valet person harassing me about how I looked suspicious because I went to get water. talked to their guest relations guy and they said they have homeless problem when they come to get water. that's fine but I came in wearing slacks and a polo shirt..... of course I look like a I'm a homeless guy trying to steel water. while this is going on the front desk was just chilling why didn't he come and ask me rather tha... read more
Slothful response to anything. Called FOUR times at 8pm to check to see the pool hours and got no response. What are you doing down there?
Roxy is the best! We checked in and Brian gave us a room with 1 bed for 4 people. When we reserved it said 2 beds. I asked for a bigger room and he said didn't have. She called and upgraded us to a room with 2 beds! They also brought me to the room chocolate macadamia nuts and a bottle of champagne for my birthday! They're trying their best to make our stay enjoyable ❤
