We paid the Resort tax on booking back in April 2018 but on registering at the hotel in April 2019 we were clobbered with an amenities tax of $408! Completely out of the blue! Change of ownership apparently!
RecommendedWith helpful staff, cozy rooms 😊 At Lulu's Cafe on the 2nd floor, you can eat Loco Moco which is reputed to be the best in the world while looking at the beach .
Shower leaked all over bath room floor told them upon arrival.. ask for Hotel management to contact us about being placed in a ADA room which we were told upon check in was just temporary but was never moved. Will tell travel agent not to recommend Park shore again.
Great location....steps from the beach, across the street from the Park and Zoo, love sitting at the pool with a view of the beach and Diamond Head, quiet part of Waikiki Beach yet walking distance to all restaurants and shopping
Beautiful room and the location is perfect. Check in was a breeze and the young man at the desk was so helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel.
A hotel on the older side but all in all a great place to stay. Really needs a laundry which could easily fit in the snack and beverage room at the pool deck.
I forgot some important items in my room and the hotel staff was really helpful in getting it shipped back to me, even though I left in the middle of a hurricane! A special thanks to Mr. John Yamamoto for the help!
The staff here at the Park Shore are top notch, from the bell service, to front desk, and even the on site security folks were helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel while staying in Honolulu. The hotel is across the street from the beach and zoo. There are plenty of things to see and do in area.
Great service, very comfortable, easy access to everything we need.
