Great location. Had no problems with Park Shore at all, although they do say there are computers in the lobby to use but the 10 days we stayed there never saw them ! I can recommend Park Shore though. Very comfortable stay ..
2yrs ago today we had the time of our lives! We couldn't have ask for better service!! I can not wait to return! � keep up the great service guys!! You guys Rock!!! �
First, we got in 3 hours early and were told the room was ready, but if we wanted to get in right away we'd have to pay $40. The other choice was to kill time somewhere else until check-in. We went with that. 10 minutes before checkin we discover there's a hospitality room especially for early arrivers. A/C, shower, big TV. "Sorry for not telling you," was all they had to say. We love it here! Super close to the Hawaii International Lacrosse Tournament, clean, friendly staff, awesome location! This is our 2nd time back!
Thank you Park Shore. After booking in for 10 nights 18th Oct We were given room 519, we would have liked higher but unable to move us. After 3 nights we advised Roxy of our concerns backing onto the elevators and more concern I was privacy with two balconies looking directly into the bedroom. Late Friday Roxy took those concerns and moved us to room 1709 for the remainder of our stay. A huge thank you to Roxy and all the staff that looked after us a credit to the hotel. Great location for everything Mahalo Park Shore.
Terrible! We booked through interval for nearly $200 american a night and ended up with a balcony on the "park" side that nobody feels safe on or can stand on. Our view is of another hotel staring straight at us. When we asked for an upgrade, they told us since we are an "in-house guest" it would cost us a minimum of $55 US per night to upgrade to an ocean view - and $105 per night for the suite we were promised through interval. Worst place to stay ever!
