My wife had an amazing time staying here. especially all from da front desk. Jessica was awesome to help us with everything. She remembered our names and greeted every time we came in and left. You guys gots da aloha malo lo lei!
Wonderful staff, very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and I loved our ocean view. Great value for the money. We arrived well before check in time and they let us use their hospitality room to change into beach clothes and stored our suitcases while our room was being prepared. We were always greeted with a smile and they made you feel like they've known you for you for a long time. Violet was a wonderful resource person and everyone had warm personalities. We want to return next year ! Love the renovations.
3.5 Star hotel but 5 Star Customer Service. Will stay again. GREAT LOCATION. Across the street from beach and park.
Just got back from 10 nights at the Park Shore! 2nd stay, absolutely love it here ... wouldn't stay anywhere else in Waikiki!! Had a corner room this time and the views of the ocean and Diamond Head were spectacular!! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Much quieter down this end of the beach. Being December it was a bit of a zoo further up past Duke's statue - we were glad to escape back to the peace & quiet of the Park Shore at the end of the day!!! Mahalo Park Shore ... we miss you already!

I gave them 1 star which was very generous for this place. I travel a good bit and have stayed I many hotels and this one is horrible..!!! Had to call housekeeping several days before room was half way cleaned. Dont bother to get your trash. Lucky to get clean towels. Refilled our dirty towel mat and replaced on tub to be reused. Double gross. We were close to elevator that squeezed and screeched all night each night so forget sleeping. Room was susposed to have ocean view, big lanai with chairs, and possible to see Diamond ... read more

Great place great room. If you can get 1807 its the best view of both sids of the Ocean. Great staff and the only down side was the bathroom didnt have a great feel too it but the rest of the room was great. Aslo there was no hot tub to relax in when the pool was crowded. Other than that great place will be back!!!!
