We had a lovely time here, this is our third trip to Hawaii. This place is within walking distance to all the bigger hotels, bars etc but we found being at the northern end to be quieter at night. Our room was always clean and the reception and valet staff well informed. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip. We are both in our 70's and didn't find the walking a problem at any time. My husband and I just returned from our visit to Waikiki. Our stay at Park Shore was perfect in every way. The lobby was clean and inviting and always had ice water and POG (pineapple, orange, guava) ready for thirsty visitors. The front desk and valet employees were always pleasant and ready to answer questions and help in any way. There was a nice girl, Laura, at the Expedia desk ready to help with any reservations needed for rental cars, buses, excursions, etc. Our room was cleaned and bed made every day. We celebrated or 25th anniversary at this resort, it was AWESOME!!!
My fifth time in Waikiki and definitely the best place I've stayed. Nice to be down the quieter end of town.
I love this hotel. The location cannot be beat. Right across the road from the beach - choose from the surf or walled in area. Close to shops and restaurants, yet not right in the thick of things. The ocean view rooms are wonderful, spent a lot of time on our balcony. The staff are lovely and the pool is refreshing. Have stayed twice and will be back next year.
It was an okay hotel. We were comfortable, but it's definitely not "perfect" in ANY way. The day we arrived we received a key card to an occupied room. Thank God the people were understanding and clothed. The hotel charges $25 per night for cleaning, pool, towels etc but all the cleaning staff do is literally give new towels and make the bed.
