My boyfriend and i had the best stay at this hotel. Perfect ocean front room with the best location. All staff were so sweet. Shout out to Riva for looking after us on arrival :)
We had such an amazing stay. Michelle at the front desk was Awesome. She remembered us our whole stay. The staff was extremely courteous.I would definitely stay again. The location is perfect.
Absolutely great view for the beach. Staff seemed very helpful! Seems a perfect location, everything's within walking distance. Cant really ask for more from Park Shore Waikiki. Thank you for a great experience!!!!!
Ethan was awesome at check in! From the moment we walked into the lobby everyone was friendly! Coming from the worlds largest tourist destination (Orlando) to Waikiki Beach was a 14 hour flight and a 6 hour time difference. Ethan made sure we got checked in quickly and even called the room to make sure everything was good. Great Hotel with awesome views!
Location was good, room was clean we looked out on a partial beach view which was lovely! However we were disappointed that our room was missed for housekeeping! Even though I asked mid afternoon they assured me room would be serviced by 5, this clearly did not happen. Renovations are undergoing and that was unsettling and while sitting by the pool we were covered with dust and small debris so that was not so nice.
