I used Park SFO this past week (11/24-11/28). I started to get skeptical and nervous about using the garage because of some of the negative reviews. I even tried to find another garage but everything was booked for the holiday weekend. I am glad that I ended up using Park SFO. I arrived on Thankgiving night and there was still indoor self-parking available. The shuttle took us right away to the airport. On the way back at midnight, we waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver helped us with our bags bo... read more

THERE IS A THIEF WORKING HERE! My iPod and Bluetooth earbuds (total of $350) were stolen from the center console of our car while parked here 10/29/ - 10/31. I'm told it's not their responsibility . . . but they had the key and the items were there when I handed the car over to them! Park somewhere else if you value your personal items and don't want to feel violated.
