Used Valet-service, and a thief stole my medical MJ, Hand-blown Glass Pipe and lighter from my glove box. We were parked from 12/24/2016 to 12/29/2016. My GF and I were running late for our flight and decided to drive to SFO instead of taking Bart. Valet Damage to Car, NEVER will contact you back about the damage My family and I have used Park SFO for the past 5 years at least, and everything was good up until one month ago. As many others have said, the self park was too full so I had to valet my car. Didn't seem a problem as I've done this before multiple times. When I received my car back, there was an obvious dent in the back bumper. The manager on duty filed a report and promised they would call me tomorrow. I used Park SFO this past week (11/24-11/28). I started to get skeptical and nervous about using the garage because of some of the negative reviews. I even tried to find another garage but everything was booked for the holiday weekend. I am glad that I ended up using Park SFO. I arrived on Thankgiving night and there was still indoor self-parking available. The shuttle took us right away to the airport. On the way back at midnight, we waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver helped us with our bags bo... read more
