We parked here last week and were told self parking was full so we would get valet parking for the same price, great! When we returned my car was covered in tree sap! I was in a hurry so my mistake for leaving and not dealing with it then. I took my car to get professionally cleaned today and it didn’t come off!! I am very frustrated! I have I’ll not be parking here again!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!! Unfortunately we parked our car in valet here a few weeks ago and came back to severe damage all along the right side. My husband has so patiently been trying to contact these people for 2 weeks with zero response as to where his claim stands. Miraculously there is no one in charge at their main office or responding to customer service emails at any time of the day, every day of the week. Hmm... Stay away from ParkSFO at all costs!

ParkSFO used to be great, but they treated me pretty terribly recently. Sorry I have to warn any of my fellow bay area frequent travelers out there. I valet parked, and got two nails and a flat tire and they refuse to return my calls. WTF! I have been a loyal ParkSFO valet customer for over ten years. I travel extensively for work and appreciated the frequent shuttle service and ever-present online coupons for free days of parking. Really good prices!
Great prices, but your car is at a big risk parking here. Something was taken out of my car and no one has called me back. It has been 3 weeks and I have left many messages. So called "managers"! Park at the airport, do not park at this location.
