STAY AWAY! They run a scam where they block the access to the self-park with "cars that are waiting for valet" and swear that you will get the self-park outdoor rate. A quick peak over the wall confirmed there were plenty of outdoor self-park spots. When I got back it they handed me a lump sum receipt at the exit kiosk that was too high. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!! Park SFO is disgusting! We had to valet park our car because there were no spaces available in the lot. When we picked up our car 9 days later we discovered that they had SMASHED our CAR - the back bumper was badly scratched, there was a gap in the bumper and they knocked out our parking sensor. We complained and emailed and phoned and they basically said "they are not responsible for the damage". THEY are DISPICABLE!!! We ended up spending $800 dollars to repair our car. I agree, this is a terrible place to park. We had to Valet because they said the self park was full. The Valet damaged my car and they are denying any responsibility because I didn't realize the damage was there until I was on my way home from the airport. There is no way the valet didn't notice backing the car into something, but they certainly didn't own up to it and inform me of it when I picked up the car. It's obvious they hope you don't notice the damage until you leave, and then they say it wasn't their fault. DON'T P... read more
