Staff is very friendly and very helpful! That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I decided to have a burger for lunch with my mom at the pointe. We picked it up and it was the most awful burger I have ever had!! I don’t believe there is any hamburger in it. Now I understand why my mom wants food ordered! This is supposed to be a top assisted living so where’s the good food? How can a frozen burger be so awful??? Was told we were second on the waiting list. Turned in all financials. Received a call a few days later from Olivia saying she didn’t financially qualify (?). I asked for an explanation and was told Amy would call me back. 24 hours later she did and she is the most rude and unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. We gave her 12 months of bank statements but that acct was closed when we got court ordered guardianship. She stated everyone HAS to have a checking acct. The staff and facility are wonderful! I
Took the $1,000 deposit and application to hold a unit they said was open. After all the information was gathered and arrangements made with my parents suddenly the unit is no longer available and I was told we were not next on the waiting list after all. Communicated several times a week for several weeks with no mention of risk of losing our reservation. Now I’ve got no place lined up to get my parents into assisted living before winter. Got the rug pulled right out from under us.
