Just stayed this weekend after visiting Winter park last year while visiting family. When I saw Park Plaza I said if we visit Winter park again I’m staying here so.....we made our plans and I absolutely loved it, so charming , wonderful staff , loved sitting on the veranda having coffee in the morning and the location was perfect. I will be back again.
Good personnel, great location but it is super old. I think it needs to be remodel without taking away the vintage feel. The original wood floors cracked, the bathrooms are old, the bed furniture is good, the rugs are extremely old, the sofas are old...

Second time staying here. I absolutely love the charm. The location is perfect to shops and restaurants at the atmosphere is phenomenal. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but the history and customer satisfaction is well worth the stay.
The attention of the employees is #10 and location is one of rhe best in Orlando. 100% i will recommend it ...
