A lovely, quaint & intimate hotel from an era long forgotten. The staff are warm & welcoming - with incredible attention to detail. Definitely go for one if the honeymoon suites which front Park Avenue to experience a delightful way to watch the world go by.
The experience sitting on the second-floor verandah, talking with family, looking over the park, was Golden.
Love the ambiance of this place. Sitting on the balcony during a rain storm was the highlight of the weekend! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza Hotel
Love this hotel! The location, the quaint rooms, the impeccable service. Can’t wait to visit again. The king room w/ balcony is well worth the money.
TV too small...everything else fine
The hotel is nice but we had a major problem with our reservation for Rollins graduation. When we booked last December they sent a confirmation email that said that we could cancel or shorten our stay one night (or one week for special events) prior to our stay When we contacted them a few weeks before they told us there was a two night minimum - so we had to pay for a night that we didn’t need. Be careful when you book!
Ask to stay on the side over looking the Park. Can't beat having breakfast outside on the porch. If you like trains this is the place . During the night you will encounter 4-5 heavy freight trains going by. The two tracks are only 500 feet away from the hotel. The room shakes Third time we have stayed. Amazing comfortable bed. Will be back
