Local mechanic...Correction....FORMER local mechanic wanted nearly $2k to replace shocks/struts. Took it to Park Place Lexus to get a second opinion. Not only would they have been cheaper...It was a bolt on my sunroof that was making the noise. Love these guys!
Richard in the service department was easy to deal with. Got me in and out back to my day in minutes and it was an overall headache free experience.
I wrote a month ago about a experience I had with my low tire warning light going on after service at Park Place. It seemed coincidental to me the failure cane immediately after a service visit. I posted my feelings on their Facebook page and received a call from their service manager within 8 hours. After our discussion I now realize it was not their fault. I am looking to buy a new car. I stopped by Park Place Lexus Plano. Walked around looking at cars. Walked into the showroom. Stood around waiting for someone to help me. No one approached me and the few walked right by me. No one asked if I needed help. If that’s the way they treat female customers I don’t want to have anything to do with them.
