My dear friend tried to purchase a Lexus from this dealership and the salesman was very rude. On top of being rude he tried to contact her late husband and deal with him, instead of dealing with her. During the Covid 19 “shelter in place”, my car battery died. Only place I needed to go was grocery curbside pickup. Used the Roadside Assistance service. They were at my home within 3 hours (not an emergency call) and battery was replaced in 15 minutes. Zero contact. Great service which made the repair so very easy for me. Totally worth every penny of the cost!!
